Honeyed rice with angler and clams and "fumet Marviu"

Ingredients (2 people):

- 1 red small pepper.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- 1 spoonful of tomato.
- 250 g. of angler.
- A good handful of clams.
- 170 gr. Rice "bomba".
- 1 tin "fish broth Marviu".
- Parsley.
- Salt.
- Olive oil.

Elaboration

Cut the pepper in small chunks. Do the same thing with the garlic bulbs. Put a low casserole to the fire, with little olive oil, add the pepper and the garlic, and leave till it will be sautÚed. Add the tomato, and when the slightly fried is ready, add the rice. Give a few returns during two or three minutes, incorporate the angler cut to chunks, give a couple of returns and add the "fumet" well warm.

Cook it during five minutes to strong fire, to add the clams, and when the temperature has been recuperated, lower the fire.

Cook until the rice in ready. Dust a bit of parsley and leave it to rest during three or five minutes, before serving.

Ingredients (3 people):

- 1 green Italian pepper.
- 2 squids or octopuses.
- 1 small onion.
- 1 garlic clove.
- 2 tomatoes of hanging.
- 250 g. of rice.
- 1 boat Fumet de Peix Marviu.


Elaboration

Cook in a paella the squid or octopus. As soon it be well fried and without water of fish, add the onion well cut. Later add the garlic to sheets, and the pepper in small dice. When we have almost cooked well the vegetables, add the grated tomato. Finally, add the rice (or noodles) and give it two returns until it is a bit gilded. Incorporate the fish broth Marviu, and wait till it absorbs it totally.
